Whatever changes you decide to implement to reshape your garden pond, it is advisable to first study your pond and surrounding garden first. Take note of how the pond is built and the quality of all its features before making a list of improvements. Perhaps changing a small but well built pond lined with a flexible pond liners is not such a good idea, but rather expand its look but adding a waterfall using your pond as a reservoir for the water.
